I CAN'T CREATE MY ACCOUNT

• Check that all required fields have been completed.

• Please check that your e-mail address is valid and that your password is 8 characters long. If the problem persists, please contact us: support@spallian.com

I CAN'T VALIDATE THE ACCOUNT CREATION BECAUSE I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

• Check your spam folder.

• Check the spelling of the e-mail.

• Wait a few minutes and try again. If the problem persists, please contact us: support@spallian.com

I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD

• Click on « Forgot password » and fill in the form.

• Avoid using auto-complete when registering or resetting your password.

I'M NOT GEOLOCATED

• Check your network coverage.

• Check that geolocation is enabled on your phone

• Activate geolocation on the thelma application, turn it backwards and then relaunch it.

• If the problem persists, please contact our technical support department: support@spallian.com

I CAN'T FIND A CATEGORY OR SUB-CATEGORY ON MY APPLICATION

• IF the desired category is not available at the given address, thelma is not the right vector.

I HAVE SOME QUESTIONS ABOUT MY DESCRIPTION

• Go to the « My activity » tab in the main menu, where you'll find the status of your reports.

I'M HAVING TROUBLE READING THE INFORMATION, CUT OFF ON THE SCREEN.

• Check that zoom is deactivated in your phone's settings.

WHY “thelma”

• Developed in France by a 100% French SME, the application was originally called TellMyCity. This is a more international contraction of that name.

How do I delete my account?

• You can delete your account on the mobile application (Profile > Settings > Delete my account)

• Or, you can send us an email at support@thelma.app

• Your personnal informations will be deleted (email, firstname, lastname, phone number, birth year, gender), and your activities will be anonymised
